In this version, the Whistler is equipped with a high quality Shimano Acera/Altus 3×8-speed drivetrain, which is precise and solid. The SR Suntour XCM suspension fork with 100 mm travel swallows almost every bump in the parcours and for uphills it can easily be locked out. With the hydraulic Tektro disc brakes the bike stops when needed
