New design for easier use: the XT RD-M8000 rear derailleur from Shimano

An important development from Shimano, Shadow+ technology. It has a smaller work angle and is extremely low profile. Now the rear derailleur needs less force to shift and it keeps the chain much more stable. The derailleur pulleys are larger and can handle extreme chain angles better increasing its shifting performance. The clutch can be adjusted just like with XTR to provide either maximum stability or minimal shifting force. This derailleur is direct mount compatible and in the GS version is perfect for 1- and 2-speed systems. The SGS version has a longer cage and made to handle more chain from 3-speed systems.
